Mr. Hamilton’s experience in commercial real estate spans over 19 years. Over the last sixteen years, he has been responsible for the sale of over 36,000 apartment units in 37 states, representing over $1 Billion in value. Approximately 90% of these transactions were for properties with a type of Low Income involvement. Starting as a specialist in HUD Section 8 properties, Mr. Hamilton used this knowledge base to start working on Rural Development properties, as well as properties with Low Income Housing Tax Credit restrictions.
Mr. Bennett has nine years of commercial real estate experience. Over this time, he has been involved in over 56 real estate transactions throughout the northeastern part of the United States, representing approximately $124 million in value. Starting his professional career in investment banking, Mr. Bennett acquired his Series 7 and Series 63 though an investment banking firm in New York City that specialized in the biotech industry.
Mr. Ram has over 15 years of experience advising executives in the commercial real estate and commercial interiors industry. He is responsible for creating over $100M of Net Operating Income for owners of commercial property in New York City. He worked in CBRE’s Brokerage Services group in Midtown Manhattan. He used his strong knowledge of the Manhattan office market and ever changing landscape to structure creative deals while providing guidance in each step of the transaction process.
